Amazing home! State of the art kitchen with all top of the line stainless appliances, Large Dining Room and breakfast room, Den, Gameroom with pool table, and Media Room. 6 large LCD TV's. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, Outdoor kitchen and pool with pebbletech finishing. There is a nearby park with hiking trails and the home is not far from Lake Arlington. We are just a few block from I-20 for easy access to Fort Worth, TCU, AT& T Stadium, Six Flaggs, and Globe Life Park, and Arlington Highlands shopping.

I am a frequent traveler, and I’ve stayed at many VRBO‘s. This is one of the best I have stayed at! Bruce is an incredible host, he was easy to connect with, and very accommodating. The house itself is in a quiet subdivision. It was so spacious That I never felt like the 11 of us were cramped. The bedrooms are well appointed and very spacious. We loved splashing in the outdoor pool in the evenings and using the pool table and movie room during the day when it was too hot to go outside. We had several family meals and found the kitchen and dining spaces large enough for multiple “cooks” in the kitchen. The extras -like the high chair and pool toys and extra bedding were a plus. I also appreciated that there were extra amenities like toilet paper and dish detergent and trash bags. A lot of places just give you a starter kit and then you have to take time away from your vacation to go grocery shopping for toilet paper and Kleenex. Thanks Bruce for not making me go to the grocery store! Definitely would recommend this property for your large family gathering.

Great spot with access to Dallas and Fort Worth
Our family stayed here for the weekend - went to Billy bobs and the stockyards one night and to the cowboys/lions game at AT&T stadium the next night - an awesome location with room for all of us. Very clean- the media room was a bonus and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommend!!

My Framily and I enjoyed our time at this property and the communication with the host throughout the booking process and duration of our stay was amazing and greatly appreciated. The host was responsive to all questions and attended to our requests/any issues that arised during our stay. The home is very spacious and allowed everyone space to themselves and worked well for group activities as well. We had a great time enjoying all the amenities and felt very comfortable in this home. This was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything. We had a multigenerational family staying together and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was great fun and had some pool toys to use. The check in was very simple and the host was very quick to answer any questions.

Go Cowboys!
Nice big house with plenty of room to stretch out. It is a little farther away to some things than we hoped but very easy to jump on the interstate to get where you want to go. I would say if you are planning a large group meal, bring your own crockpots or pans. There wasn’t a lot of big meal cooking stuff. Had a great time!

Great Stay
We were in town for a Cowboys game and our stay was as close to perfect as it gets. Bruce was an excellent host. He provided us with all the pertinent details regarding the property and its nuances. He also gave a recommendation of a number of places to dine. He let us know that if there was anything we needed from him he was a text or phone call away. (We didn't). The property was as advertised and easily accommodated our large group. There were an abundance of amenities not listed in the advertisement. The outside pool and grill area were great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults had a good time watching the games and fight on the TV under cabana area by the grill. We highly recommend this property for large groups and definitely will be trying to rent this property again when attending Cowboys games.

Our vacation was absolutely phenomenal. This residence we were guests at was absolutely perfect with every amenity imaginable. Over the years we've stayed at numerous rental homes through VRBO, this one was by far the best. Our host has this property in tip top condition and provides the guests with so many extras, I can't even mention them all. Very close to the highways to get you to Fort Worth and all surrounding areas, but also in a beautiful, peacefully located neighborhood. Great patio with a nice pool and outdoor grill, television and fridge, where we spent most of our time when not touring. Thank you Bruce.
