Poor room experience. Set a/c at 65 and the room remained warm all through the night. The fridge did not keep our beverages cold enough. Early the next morning there was a loud alarm going off in the hallways that remained on for 30 minutes.

We stayed on 14th floor and it was so warm. The room air conditioner did not work, we had fan on high and never got below 74, we slept on top of covers, but it was just miserable. This is a HILTON, in TEXAS, no excuse for that. We talked to others on elevator who said their rooms were warm as well. The shower head came out of the wall and the bathroom was miniscule and outdated. The inside of the hotel def needs updating (scuffed wood, beat up elevators etc) - we ended up leaving early..very disappointing.

Wonderful stay, excellent location when visiting the convention center. Spacious bar area to enjoy an evening drink with Ruth’s Chris on property easy access to a great steak…why stay anywhere else ;-)

This facility is gross! Our hallway smelled like sewage, our toilet kept running and the bathrooms are disgusting! Looks like they are “cleaned” with a quick spray. Mold and dust everywhere! The only good thing about this hotel is location and valet service was great.

I don't understand why this is considered a four-star hotel, it is not. It was overpriced, dated and not especially clean. We stayed one night, in the middle of the week. Let me add that we are not particular, and I rarely leave bad reviews. It smelled pretty good for an older hotel, but we would not stay here again. It simply was not worth the extra money.

Rooms smelled terrible, even on the top floor with a premium room. Ballroom and meeting areas were nice, though. The hotel needs a major renovation. As earned by other reviewers, the AC did not work as claimed. It read 70 but felt like 80. I would not return until/unless renovated.

So to start, got a double room that connected 1 room for my mom and daughter and a second room for me and my two sons rooms 824 and 826 my room bathroom handicapped shower rail broke so they moved me. It was our last night, I said we had one night left it's fine I didn't wanna move everything, still moved us to a new room anyway. We got room 822....the new room we got, had issues, the bathroom door knob was broken and my 5-year-old got stuck for a minute to make it worse the light flickered like a horror film so that made it worse for my son while I and his 16-year-old brother tried to get him out. Today 7/6/2024 I told the front desk lady the issues she said she would let the manager know so something could be done. I spent almost 1700.00 dollars for a double room for 4 nights. It was very old and outdated and needs some upgrades. I mean while the staff was great to us top-notch even. Now the parking mobile thing could be better i would send a message 20-30 minutes before going down and would end up having to show the guy my cell phone vehicle number so he can go get it. All in all in the end our family vacation was great the hotel stay could have been better but the manager never engaged us or remedied anything. In the future would not stay here again just due to management not caring for the amount of money spent and the trouble to move from room to room.
