My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this La Quinta. The customer service was amazing the room was amazing and the whole time we were there it was a feeling as if we were staying at a very luxurious hotel. Thank you so much

Stayed 4 nights and room service never came by to restock towels or toilet paper. Had to go to front desk one night for toilet paper and nobody was at front desk. Waited for over 15 mins and nobody showed up. Ac in room 208 barely works

The stay was ok. The night clerk, Teaneshia, was great. I had issues with the room, though, as the first one I was given had pubic hair and bedbugs in it. It was simple enough, and I was given another room. It was better, but the fridge was not working and was frozen over. The bed, however, looked worse but didn't have any bed bugs, and with the few stains, it still appeared to have been better cleaned. So I stayed in it. Breakfast was very basic, and I had this old lady who kept watching me throughout the eating area. She worked there, but it appeared she was worried I was going to get too much food, or that may be the owners' policy. I may give it another shot when in FW again on business.

Great place if you're looking for an inexpensive stay just to crash for a night. There was no sign of bedbugs or roaches so that's a win in my book. Breakfast was offered. There is no elevator but only a few steps to get to the second floor. Not a problem if you're packing light. Bed was comfy, fridge was cold.

Room clean but bathtub dirty. Fixtures were rusty. No stopper for a bath even though tub too dirty to sit. Soap provided was tiny and used up in one time by my husband and myself. We could hear traffic the whole night. Was not a restful night of sleep until early morning!

Was first given a key that did not work for the assigned room. When the key was re-programmed, it opened the door, but the room was already occupied. Turns out the staff wrote down the wrong room number on the key envelope. The pool was disgusting with a discoloring film on the walls and bottom.
