Carmel is an awesome luxory option in Cumbuco. Great room, amazing pool, friendly staff and great food! Include the meals in your trip, it’s worth it!

Cumbuco is a wonderful hotel with great facilities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to speak English with us which was very kind. Food excellent, pool really nice. Great service

Excelente e tranquilo

Hotel excelente!!! Piscina otima, jacuzzis praticamente na areia, sem aquela necessidade de ficar guardando lugar pois nao tem espreguiçadeira para todo mundo, 3 bares em alem do restaurante que te atendem excepcionalmente bem, atendimento otimo, gastronomia de alta qualidade, e academia muito bem equipada. O valor do bar e restaurante nao são baratos, mas é tudo de muita qualidade e muito bem feito.

Muito bom resort, por ser uma estrutura menor comparada ao grandes resorts possibilita um atendimento personalizado e intimista. As recomendações que deixei para o hotel, minha filhas são intolerantes a lactose e senti falta de opções no cardápio para isso. Também entendo que um restaurante buffet para refeições rápidas poderia ter. Outra recomendação, o espaço kids poderia ter atividades ao ar livre e aproveitar toda a estrutura do hotel. Mas tudo isso não impactou nossa estadia.

Relaxante e agradável

Hotel Charmoso, precisando de manutenção mais primorosa, minuciosa, nos moveis de madeira, janelas e vidros sujos, atendimento atencioso, camareiras gentis, idem garçom. Natureza exuberante, praia deliciosa. Café da manhã acaba cedo, para resort em praia. Deve ser até às 11,00 horas. Música ambiente alta, o dia todo, torna cansativo, tanto no restaurante, quanto na área da piscina e praia.

Carmel Cumbuco

Passei 8 dias no hotel, na semana do Natal. Ao chegar tive uma excelente recepção, aguardei em torno de duas horas até o horário de check in. No dia que chagamos o quarto estava sujo, com poeira e cabelo em alguns cantos, porém nos dias seguintes a limpeza foi ok. Quarto bom, porém as instalações são um pouco antigas, banheiro e box bem pequenos. Quanto a alimentação todos os dias os pratos estavam excelentes, servidos rapidamente. Com excessão de um dia que faltou vir minha sobremesa, quanto ao restante não tenho o que reclamar. Funcionários atenciosos, tratamento excelente. Com excessão de um funcionário do bar próximo a piscina que foi um pouco rude quando pedi um copo descartável. Academia grande com bastante opções. Considerações gerais, é um hotel bom, mas não considero 5 estrelas. Pelo valor pago esperava mais!
