Boa noite. Viajei 9h de relógio, cheguei cansado no hotel e não ter cama de casal para dormir com minha esposa foi terrível, isso porque na minha reserva estar cama queen. Péssima experiência e não voltarei mais. O chão do quarto estava cheio de areia de praia.

Quarto relativamente confortável, mas varios pontos deixaram a desejar. Durante a minha estadia, havia uma excursão escolar, onde o barulho no período da noite/madrugada era ensurdecedor, decorrente a péssima acústica do quarto. Além disso, café da manhã bem fraco, tomadas antigas (duas entradas), área da piscina envelhecida e banheiros sujos e etc.

Precisa melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros. O quarto com cheiro de mofo. A área de lazer na cobertura fica no 10° andar e o elevador só vai até o 9°, ou seja, falta acessibilidade. Funcionários educados na recepção e muito prestativos.

Minha experiência no hotel foi bem positiva de modo geral. O quarto era grande, com armário e gavetas para guardar os pertences, além de contar com um espelho bem grande para se arrumar e tirar selfies. O banheiro era grande, mas a porta para passar ao chuveiro era muito estreita, uma pessoa gorda não conseguiria passar. Tinha secador de cabelo, o que foi essencial. O café da manhã é bem simples, o que salvou foi a opção de pedir na cozinha waffles feito na hora com calda de chocolate, e tapiocas.

Depois da pandemia muitos estabelecimentos quebraram e acredito que foi o caso dele. Estão em reforma. O tamanho do quarto é bom, a cama grande, só luz fraca pra trabalho. O estacionamento depende da quantidade de hospede no hotel pra ter vaga, se não me engano dentro do hotel da 10 carros, pode parar na frente do hotel, esse hotel ainda tem estacionamento. O café tem o trivial que todos tem. Em resumo é om.
