Staff were amazing and very helpful especially since I really don’t speak Portuguese they tired speaking in English for me. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is perfect. Room and bathroom clean. I will definitely go back here

A nossa estadia foi tranquila, sem intercorrências. O quarto que ficamos era simples, mas deu pra dormir tranquilamente. Como ficamos pouquíssimo tempo, durante os dias, no hotel, foi muito tranquilo. O que me incomodou um pouco, foi um leve cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, apesar de limparem todos os dias, mas nada que incomodasse muito, pois não era constante.

Hotel fraco

Hotel muito simples e com vários problemas. Começa no estacionamento. Os que tem ao lado e em frente o hotel, comportam poucos carros. O que tem na rua do lado que é bom, é pouco conveniente porque depende dos funcionários para irem até lá e abrirem. Na portaria pouca cordialidade. No quarto que ficamos, não há nenhuma tomada elétrica perto das camas. A janela não fecha corretamente o que faz com que o barulho da avenida entre muito no quarto. Piso quebrado com beirada afiada, risco de corte no pé, principalmente de crianças. Travesseiros finos e apenas lençol para cobrir. Ao solicitar travesseiros melhores e cobertas, cobranças a parte: 7 reais por cada coberta. 3 reais cada travesseiro. E o pior, mesmo a coberta paga a parte, a qualidade é ruim. Toalhas pequenas e horríveis, muito gastas. No banheiro, o vaso estava solto.O chuveiro, eletrico, dos mais simples, sai pouca água, mas esquenta bem. Por último o café da manhã. Espaço muito apertado, faltam mesas, poucas opções. Eu não gostei do custo benefício. Caro pelo que oferece. Outras opções na cidade por pouco mais, certamente são melhores. Eu não retorno.

O hotel é de localidade ótima, próximo da beira mar. Os funcionários foram super solícitos e prestativos. Café da manhã ótimo, com várias opções, sucos naturais, pães, bolos, ovos e etc..Todos os dias o quarto era limpo e as toalhas eram trocadas. Indico o hotel, com certeza. Simples, porém com tudo o que era necessário para o conforto dos hóspedes. Um ótimo custo-benefício.
