Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "What a treat! Beautiful upscale B&B in the heart of kilarney. Amazing service and food. Bar onsite was fantastic too. Great cocktails! Did I mention there is an ancient church and cemetery across the street?! This hotel is a ten min drive to downtown Killarney with some great pubs and restaurants and a short drive to all the amazing Killarney national park spots. Awesome experience!! "
