"The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though."

"A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process.
