"Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon! I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu should have a little warning about nut allergies but other than that amazing food! "

"Our stay at the Valley Ho was great! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered suggestions for nearby coffee shops and gave restaurant recommendations. The ZuZu (on site restaurant) had the filet was too notch the server was superb. The pool was a vibe with DJ and good water temperature. Room was good size with soaker tub and balcony. Will be staying here again!"

"The room was very clean and arranged nicely. It was a pretty spacious room, especially for the price. The shower was clean, had good water pressure, and they brought new shampoo and conditioner every day. They also brought new towels and sheets anytime at requested and kept the room and trashes clean and taken care of. The pool wasn't anything great but it was clean enough to swim in and enjoy a little bit. We stayed 8 nights and I was never worried once we got into our room, but the area around it is a little sketchy. It's not a nice area and not a clean area. The staff was awesome! The breakfast was not awesome. We went the first day and then just bought breakfast stuff. The hotel breakfast wasn't worth walking to the lobby building to eat. "

"I thought the resort was nice. I would probably stay again. It’s kinda outdated but still nice. Our room was DIRTY upon arrival but housecleaning came swiftly to clean the room and even gave complimentary wine. The waterpark was nice. I suggest renting a day bed or chairs. The views at the resort are beautiful. There is a shopping mall very close by. And the resort is right off the freeway and reasonably close to the airport. The parking…well just be prepared to walk and if you lucky you will catch a golf cart to wheel you around the resort. "
