Only negatives were the $7 charge for safe use in and poor check in experience. It was very slow, and after 10mins the room key didn’t work on two occasions. "The Capri Inn is a great place to stay in Old Naples. The parking was easy, it was a safe area and convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach and bay. It was just 2 blocks from all the restaurants and shops on Fifth Avenue. Although we did not use the shuttle, it was available. The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely appointed. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Capri Inn. Also, the staff was excellent!!"

"This is an affordable comfortable hotel within walking distance of Naples beach and Naples downtown. If you are okay walking a few blocks, then this is a great location. Our room was great, with comfy beds, clean bathroom. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast had cereal, yogurt, packaged baked goods, juices."

"Hotel di recente costruzione, molto moderno e d'impatto. Eravamo un ggruppo di 12 persone ed abbiamo prenotato 3 camere familiari da 4 persone purtroppo per una sola notte ma siamo stati benissimo. Livello di pulizia molto alto, camera di buone dimensioni e bagno davvero spazioso (doccia enorme!). Colazione servita al piano terra molto varia con prodotti di buona qualità. Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Davvero consigliato."
