"We stayed in a very nice location during our one day visit to Parrsboro enroute back to Halifax. The stay was nice but the hosts were even nicer! Super friendly folks. Great breakfasts. "We were in town for a few short days to pick up our daughter from the university about 15-20 minutes away. It gave us a quiet respite after a long drive and a chance to refuel before the drive back to Ontario. Everything you need was here, the living room was a perfect place to gather and watch a movie and the pool table and record player were appreciated by everyone. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Being a family that appreciates and grew up in the country, The farmhouse made us all feel very much at home away from home. It accommodated my parents on the main level with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, nice to spoil them after all these years. The upstairs, my sister and her son had two rooms to themselves and my wife an I had a beautiful room to call our own. There are additional rooms upstairs if we ever wanted to bring more quests on our return trip, which we will definitely do. The nice claw foot tub in the upstairs bathroom was a highlight for those wanting some time to relax and decompress. Playing catch on the front lawn with my nephew and father was a great way to spend an afternoon. We even enjoy a few games of washer toss. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful patio with lots of seating and a nice breeze throughout the day while we enjoyed cold beverages and freezies. The kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals for everyone throughout the weekend. Nice quiet neighbourhood made for some enjoyable evening strolls along the vineyards perimeter road. The horse lover in our group (Mom) was excited to see a horse event next door, she was able to enjoy watching from the patio. If you arrive around early July there is a stunning Cherry tree with the sweetest cherries we've ever had. I am not sure how to describe how perfect this place is for a group or family, but it is. "We had a perfect two day two night stay. The home is spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you need (kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bathroom essentials, lots of towels, blankets, linens, etc.). We enjoyed grilling out on the BBQ, exploring the waterfalls, and watching the spectacular tides on the Bay of Fundy. Barb was the perfect host, so responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!"

"The house is beautiful-the setting is perfect. My husband and I were there for a weekend. We enjoyed hiking nearby and trips into nearby towns. It is a great place to unwind. Views of the water from just about every room are spectacular. The house has all the amenities needed. Wanda was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved our stay!"
