We were impressed by the service at every hour of the day. Even before check-in time, we could store our baggage and already enjoy the swimming pool and other areas of the hotel. The breakfast offers many different local and international dishes / options which makes it rich. The hours are very comfortable for both early birds and night owls. The area is safe. There is a shopping mall nearby, and restaurants of various cuisine. Unfortunately, there were some ants in the bathroom and next to the bed. Also, there was mold around the window of the bathroom. The bed was giant, but there was not much possibility to organize personal stuff, e.g. no wardrobe our kind of double room. But all in all: It is worth a visit - vale a pena!

Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

Loved this Hotel. It was truly beautiful. Very Modern. Staff was exceptional. Lobby was very nice. Restaurant was good. Breakfast had many options. Pool area was beautiful. Had 2 hot tubs. Also had a massage at the spa. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel to relax in after a day in Iguazu
Of course, we stayed at Nadai to visit Iguazu. Both the Brazil and Argentine sides. Use of taxi during our stay was our choice of transportation for convenience and is relatively inexpensive compared to the US. We walked when we were around Nadai mostly for food and drinks. The Nadai pool and pool bar was great to relax in after a full day of Iguazu touring.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel: Our room 303 was good, not the way looks like at the pic but was okay. We had problems with our ar condition for the first 3 days. During the arvo around 2-5pm the AC could not keep up with the outside heat, and our room were hot. I complained 3 times, they sent someone asap to look, who instructed me not to put the AC on 16 degrees, to abound the machine to creat ice. Unfortunately that didn’t help at all on third day I decided complain with the manager, she was lovely and opologise and change our room. I wish that were done asap on first day once I complained. The food were great with nice breakfast option unfortunately we order one chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich both, the bread were old and crumbled in pieces, definitely not a fresh bread. I put a complain with the waiter and they decided remove from my bill once I paid, at the front desk, the same happened with the chicken breast I ordered and was like rubber. In the end we had a great time, the staff it’s amazing and very very friendly I recommend, unfortunately I was out of lucky but I guess this things happens. So the review it’s good but jo excellent. In the end was a good experience

Deixou a desejar
No quarto a cama estava horrível. Apesar do bom tamanho era muito velha e mole, o lado de cada um do casal era um buraco com a parte central mais dura e alta. Durante todos os dias que ficamos precisamos usar nossos dados móveis pois a internet não funcionava no quarto. O café da manhã do hotel estava péssimo todos os dias. Nos deparamos com um buffet variado, porém com produtos de qualidade mais baixa principalmente na parte de pães e bolos. Haviam produtos secos (possivelmente reaproveitados) e a grande maioria não era algo saboroso. A sanduicheira estava pedindo socorro, funcionava mas estava quebrada, dificultando o uso. A piscina apesar de aquecida estava sendo pouco aquecida na parte da noite. Eu e minha esposa gostamos de ir à noite, porém com a água um pouco fria nos desanimou e não utilizamos muito. O estacionamento é parcialmente coberto e enche fácil, além disso não está incluso na diária, o que sinto não ser muito justo pelo valor que foi pago. Por fim, senti que não foi uma boa estadia pelo valor que paguei. Cama, banho e café da manhã bons são o mínimo para um hotel com valor acima de R$ 800,00 a diária. Por ser super alta temporada (entre Natal e ano novo) me pareceu que foi aproveitado para aumentar o preço devido a demanda porém sem entregar a qualidade condizente. Gosto muito de Foz do Iguaçu e esperava me hospedar mais vezes no Nadai, mas infelizmente precisarei buscar outros lugares nas próximas vezes.
