The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Good hotel for business in Foz.
Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

very close to conference center
Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

O quarto era pequeno e em duas pessoas mal dava para se movimentar. Lençóis sujos (com manchas). Tudo que se consome no hotel deve ser pago na hora (sem opção de acertar no check out), o que incomoda bastante. Não ficaria novamente.

Bom hotel, com pontos a melhorar
Já ficamos outras vezes no hotel, sempre tivemos boas experiências, quarto bom, camas confortáveis. Ficamos 2 dias e limparam o quarto, organizaram tudo e trocaram toalhas (que sujaram). Café da manhã bem bacana com muitas opções de tudo. A área da piscina bem legal, embora tenha energia solar no hotel e a água esteve sempre gelada, talvez um ponto a rever. Sobre aspectos negativos: as cortinas do quarto oferecem ZERO proteção contra claridade, clareou o dia, todo mundo acorda kkkkk, mesmo a noite, por se tratar de um hotel na entrada da cidade, a própria luz dos postes entrava bastante na quarto. Outro ponto é a ausência de vedação acústica sendo que o hotel fica na margem da BR, é barulho 24 hrs, das outras vezes ficamos em quartas para traz e nunca tínhamos tido essa questão. Os móveis do quartos (criado mudo, cabeceiras) talvez estejam na hora de serem substituídos, claro sinais de muito uso, empenados por conta de umidade. O banheiro requer atenção, chuveiro do quarto 103 necessitando de uma limpeza PRA ONTEM, a ducha com a saída de água encardida.
