Good hotel in Foz do Iguazu. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms good breakfast. The hotel has lunch and dinner at extra cost. They gave us late checking by paying 154 reales, very convenient because our fly was during night.

Good location, felt it was a safe neighborhood. Staff were very helpful. We had a disabled person with us and they provided help all the time.

Some of the staff had unwelcoming attitude. And the weird thing is the same staff had better attitude with people who looked certain way and spoke certain language. And I had a problem with accessing my room, The door keys was lagging everyday.

1.I reported to the hotel receptionist (2 times) there was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Unfortunately nothing has been done, so I reported this issue for the 3rd time. The maintenance person came and said that his colleague will connect another gas bottle to improve the heating of the water. So , my wife had a shower, but I had cold one again. Next morning again no Hot Water. This issues with hot water were reported previously by other guest (please check your records), but hotel management done nothing. 2. No wifi in the bedroom. 3. Swimming pool out of order, hotel not inform us about this. 4. During checkouts, hotel try charge us for not consumed items by us. This was small amount, but this is still not acceptable. 5. Hotel not supply any complementary water, I think this should be minimum standard. I can only report, that we like the morning breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel. Andrew from Australia

O hotel está como 4* por conta de sua estrutura, mas os atendentes não estão aptos para contornar situações, ao chegarmos às 10h da manhã não foi oferecido nenhum tipo de early check in, mesmo que pagando, o atendente fez o nosso pré check in nesse horário, quando voltamos para o hotel as 16h o check in não estava pronto, nem o nosso quarto liberado, no momento em que estávamos fazendo o pré check in havia uma das atendentes reclamando em alto e bom tom de alguma ordem que lhe foi dada, acabamos tendo um upgrade de quarto por conta do nosso quarto não estar pronto, o hotel está bem cansado, precisa de uma reforma ou pintura, o andar da piscina tem um cheiro horrível, o café da manhã tem uma diversidade de comidas, mas que não tem tanta qualidade assim, pães secos etc

La estadía en el Wyndham Foz do igua¢u fue excelente, como siempre que vengo a este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias. El gimnasio bueno, el desayuno muy completo y el personal muy cordial. Está ubicado cerca de la zona comercial.
