We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

Spiegeleier oder Omelette werden nur gebracht, wenn man das Personal anfragt. Ein guter Service würde nicht nur nach der Zimmernummer fragen, sondern auch was sie anzubieten haben.
