"Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! "Hotel was in a good location near the train station and tram stops. 30 minute walk to the castle. Staff very nice and helpful. Spoke good English. Included breakfast was nice. Bacon and eggs. Fruit, yoghurts, bread and cakes etc. Rooms are decorated well - mine had a lighthouse scene on one wall and some interesting lamps hanging from the ceiling. " I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, but the desk clerk was able to accommodate me by replacing my double room reservation with two single room reservations for the corrrect day and didn't charge me any additional fees for what was truly my mistake."
