"Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! "I did not know what to expect and was very impressed with the whole experience. Checking in was fast and very friendly despite the language difference. Everything from the lobby to the room was neat, orderly and very clean. I haven't stayed in a Best Western in Europe but definitely showed up the US locations. "
