A perfectly acceptable, no thrills hotel, short walk to restaurants. Staff at the check in very warm and friendly. We used it for a one night family stay on drive through Germany. There was no air-conditioning, one fan was provided, the rooms and corridors were very hot. No kettle or coffee in rooms. Room was spacious and we had 2 double beds for a family of 4, very comfortable.

After check in we got a room for one with a single bed, however I have booked one double room with a double bed request. Then we went down to the reception to ask for another room, but the double room we got this time wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests so we had to go and try again. The third room was the right one, and receptionist said it’s not visible from there if the room is already cleaned so apologised for this inconvenience. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was also okay except the shower curtain, as it was white, but mouldy on the bottom.

I tried to contact several times by email about shuttle service or transportation but never got a response. Ended up taking the s-Bahn an hour from the airport and had to walk twenty minutes with all my luggage through the streets of the neighborhood. There was no A/C only an oscillating fan. I could not get the shower to work. The lamp didn’t work consistently and the small table kept falling over. The carpet had several dark stains that looked like vomit was cleaned up but never shampooed. The “restaurant” was to open at 6pm so after I showered and napped, I went down expecting to be able to order and substantial meal. The only thing they had was pizza!

Wollte ein ruhiges Zimmer unter,m Dach ...bekam ich dann auch...leider hatte noch jemand die Gleiche Zimmerkarten nachts um 4,30kam ein ganzer Pulk lĂ€rmender Leute und meine TĂŒr mit Sperrkette wĂŒrde unsanft aufgerissen....statt leise abzuziehen wurde laut gegrölt .Im Zimmer nebenan war wohl ein Analphabet(in)zugange....es roch nach Zigarettenrauch und durch gefĂŒhlt ne halbe Flasche Parfum sollte das wohl ĂŒberdeckt werden.(:-(((Ewig lange Duscherei von x Leuten.... Die Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich und auch im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum hat mir gut gefallen.Der Kaffee im Riesenbottich hat um 8.30schon nicht mehr geschmeckt......Kuchen aus der Packung der Rest Standard.Check Out um 12,00prima.

Leider war die letzte von 3 NĂ€chten eine EnttĂ€uschung.Nachtschichtmitarbeiter wirkte nicht sehr engagiert. Kam 22h von meiner Veranstaltung zurrĂŒck und konnte nicht mehr in das Zimmer ( Keycard musste an der Rezeption neu konfiguriert werden) Mitarbeiter gab mir neuen SchlĂŒssel und redete kaum. Im Hotel gab es eine Hochzeitsfeierbund. Musste 30 Minuten einen Parkplatz suchen, um nicht im Halteverbot zu stehen oder nachts im Dunkeln weite Wege durch das Gewerbegebiet zurĂŒcklegen zu mĂŒssen. Am 13.4. musste ich um 6h nach Hause fahren. Die laute Musik, die bis nach Mitternacht durch das Hotel schallte, war nicht das Problem. Problematisch war, dass sich zu der Musik nach laute GerĂ€usche von herumgeschobenen Möbeln, mit und ohne Musik durch das GebĂ€ude schallte Diese SchiebegerĂ€usche durch herumgerĂŒckte MöbelstĂŒcke 00-2h nachts war der Grund , dass ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich war. Die Hochzeit war schon beendet. Als ich dann meine Koffer packte und reisefertig um 2.30h an der Rezeption stand, sah ich, dass ein Putztruppe sehr laut mitten in der Nacht aufrĂ€umte.( GesprĂ€ch/ Staubsauger/Möbel ) Ich erzĂ€hle dem Rezeptionisten vom Grund meiner vorgezogenen Abreise, hĂ€tte Anteilnahme, Entschuldigung, Interesse am Gast (vielleicht auch eine Tasse Kaffee als Geste der Entschuldigung) erwartet. Statt dessen stand er auf, ging zu den Putzleuten und sprach mit ihnen. Ich bin dann 600 km ziemlich unausgeschlafen nach Hause gefahren. Schade! Das Trippinn war andere NĂ€chte super Adresse
