Not sure why the shuttle doesn't drop off closer to the hotel entrance, as it is a difficult journey as witnessed with families, elderly & foreigners who fo not speak German or English

The staff was OK waited for almost 25 min till they arrive to the front desk over all stay was OK they need better description how to get to the hotel by shuttle as for first timer may be challenging. Price is very nice.

This was a great stay. Some few critics, I wish there was a written instruction on how to get to the hotel from the airport using the shuttle. We absolutely had no clue but thankfully we read a fellow review which outlined this for us. The hotel needs to make this readily available to all. One other thing is the wifi in my room never worked, it was soooo weak, my phone never maintained connection which was super frustrating since I had no mobile data because of roaming charges.

The hotel is great, nice rooms, good restaurant. However, the shuttle bus does not get you directly to the hotel and it does not really depart from the airport terminal. You have to walk to the medical center so you have to exit terminal 1 and walk about 5min outside of the airport. The bus leaves you at a parking garage and then you have to walk again a couple of minutes to the hotel. To enter the hotel you have to climb a flight of stairs. All this does not sound too bad, but if you have a ton of luggage and/or mobility issues, and it is really hot (or cold, or raining) it gets difficult/ uncomfortable. They should be more transparent about this on their website. They make it sound as if it is a door to door service. It took me by surprise and in my situation I would not have chosen this hotel.

There is no free airport shuttle. It is bus which takes you to remote parking and you need to walk 200 meters to the hotel. Hotel doesn't provide the instruction where to find this bus

Property was great for a long layover. The staff was amazing, especially Georgia! Transport from the airport was a little hard to find (by medical building in the back) and they don't drop you off in front of the hotel. We had 2 disabled people with us so that was difficult and they did not make any exceptions to assist. Overall a great stay.

Brand new hotel, very convenient for airport connection. Only downside, not much to do around the property, but most guests stay only for an airport connection and are typically not looking for entertainment.
