A great experience staying in a castle. Loved getting a tour of the main floor from Keegan. Would have loved seeing more of the castle. Our room location was right off the elevator but, our family we traveled with was a very far walk from elevator and hard to find.

Itā€™s a nice hotel but the service at the outdoor cafe was lacking, I had to hunt for waiters as none stayed there full time. Also I was given a small room even though I had paid for a larger room on Expedia though Iā€™m not sure if that was Expediaā€™s misleading marketing or a mistake of the front desk. I never bothered to question it as I was staying for only one night. Overall, a nice and pleasant hotel though.

This is such an amazing hotel. The room was quite spacious and had a wonderful shower. The service is top notch. The view was quite impressive, as it overlooked a golf course. I would stay here again.

A unique place to stay. Amazing stately building, warm service, yet easily accessible from Frankfurt. Very impressed with our heritage room. We will be staying here in future when we visit Frankfurt trade shows, rather than a downtown hotel.

What a beautiful property. We stayed with our two little ones. Have stayed at several hotels in Germany but the breakfast here is by far the best. We loved it. Our kids loved it. Definitely recommend for families.

Kronberg was big and spooky! But amazing
Had a great time exploring the castle and the grounds. The lobby is amazing and the outdoor patio is great for getting a drink. The transportation to the gym was my favorite, just tell the front desk you want to go and theyā€™ll call a taxi to take you. Get the card for the taxi service from the hotel that way the gym can call a taxi for you back to the hotel
