The staff communicated consistently with me until I arrived. They helped me celebrate by anniversary by offering a drink package and upgraded us free of charge. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely be coming back.

All the staff at the hotel/property were really friendly and nice except for the female staff in the restaurant. The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say. The front desk staff was so welcoming the staff to the pool and the spa were also very nice. Even the 2 males in the restaurant were pleasant.

Property owner was very respectful and accommodating, and on top of that the property was very clean and a very good price. It also has a very nice view from the balcony, would definitely recommend staying here.

The on-site fitness center and wellness facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, were an added bonus and perfect for unwinding. Hotel Caro's location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions like Herăstrău Park.
