We call her blue pearl because of her beautiful views of the blue ocean only the Bahamas offers. Wake up to the gentle roar of ocean that is within 100 feet of the patios. The white sand beach and clear aqua blue water is warm and inviting. Well maintained grounds with palm trees blowing in the cool island breezes and flowering bushes offer plenty of island charm. We stayed at this beautiful condo for vacation and family reunion. The condo was perfect for our family of six, and is beautifully decorated. The view must be the best on the island. Robin was an excellent host with easy communication. The location is quiet and peaceful with easy access to the water. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and great space
We are familiar with the island but wanted a place away from the busy tourist areas. The location was perfect, about 10 mins to Lucaya and to the larger grocery store. There was a restaurant just down the street that we went to our first night. We enjoyed the spacious condo and after being out on the water all day it was the perfect retreat. Loved the wrap around porch off the living room for relaxing and watching the sunset. Definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed at on Grand Bahama.

Little piece of paradise!
Well appointed condo with everything you would need. Love having filtered water available and all the small and large appliances, just like home. Large tv, (if you use it) in the living room. We brought our cord to connect and stream movies but otherwise did not use. The views are amazing and the beach is the star of the show! We planned our swims everyday around high tide and it was so much fun! The facility also has a pool that is very warm! There are a few walkable restaurants around- more pub food style. Definitely need a car for groceries and to experience the island. Owner is very responsive to any issues that come up and super easy to communicate with. Negatives (if there really can be any) The master bedroom upstairs can run warm- you do need to use a fan all of the time. There are stairs up to the condo and then in the condo, stairs to the bedrooms- not that this is a negative but to be aware if a person has mobility issues.... Lastly, it is the tropics and there are bugs, no matter what you do. There are lots of sugar ants, so food must always be put away and sealed. We would recommend this property.

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and bigger than expected. The location was phenomenal and we would stay here again. The beach was steps away and was beautiful. We snorkeled right out front and had the best time.

Perfect
Great property and nice quiet beach just steps from our door. Beautiful view. Would definitely recommend. It’s off the beaten path and peaceful. We had a driver , but some will rent a car. We opted not to and it was just fine since we had a driver. Found our driver when he picked us up from the airport. But taxis are plentiful as well!

Perfect location on Xanadu Beach!
Very nice, comfortable, well stocked 2 level end unit condo with expansive, unobstructed views of the gorgeous beach and turquoise waters from every room! Lots of comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing! Great snorkeling right out door! Best restaurants so close (Pallette! and Stoned Crab)!

The pictures do not do the condo or the view justice. The home is so much nicer and very roomy. It is very well stocked, including snorkels, paddle boards, kitchen supplies, and more. The two balconies are a dream. Robin is so great and very responsive. My only complaint is that 11 days was not enough!

The residence just had a good vibe, decorated like a home not a hotel. We especially like that they had a Kamado style cooker outside on their covered deck, we used it for almost all of our "at home" meals. Views were amazing, and the snorkeling is good right in front of the residence.

My group of 18 booked 3 condos at Port of Call, Freeport, BA for a week. All units were cleaned and many items not normally provided was on hand. The view right on the water was outstanding. My group voted this the best vacation we have taken together.

Heaven on Earth
Where to begin is our challenge in this review. Let’s start with Freeport and the people. If you are looking for a great family and peaceful vacation, or in our case 6-week extended stay, this is this the place. The people, weather, beaches, restaurants, everything was outstanding (If you are looking for wild party nights you will be better off going to Nassau). English is the primary language and US currency is accepted everywhere. We would recommend you rent a car from one of the local car companies as well. They are inexpensive and well worth it. That leads us to reviewing our stay at the Blue Peral. Our host Robin was incredible. We did have a few questions/needs and she was always there to make our stay so enjoyable. In business they say it is all about location, location, location. If that is true, the Blue Peral hits the jackpot. The pictures do not do justice to how peaceful and beautiful. Also, the beach is virtually private and just perfect for sunbathing, paddle boarding, or snorkeling. We did a BBQ half the nights we were there and ate out on the veranda, yes, the porch is that large, watching the sunset. In 6 weeks, there was not a day/night that we didn’t just sit back and enjoy the view. Simply put – amazing! The price for the value we received was outstanding as well. The Blue Peral should be a must if you are looking to stay in The West Grand Bahamas. You will not be disappointed.

Breathtaking Views
We loved our stay here! The beachfront is beautiful, with a gorgeous stone breakwall and a pathway to a secluded, white sand beach. We walked for miles taking in the gorgeous turquoise waters, and fell asleep at night to the crashing surf. Always a refreshing breeze off the ocean. Snorkelling right out front. It is a quiet area and was like having your own private beach. The condo has wrap around decks on both the main floor living area and from the upstairs master bedroom. We enjoyed both sunrises and gorgeous sunsets from these decks. Lots of great seating too. The condo has all the comforts of home and has a well equipped kitchen. We were delighted to have all the appliances we needed including a Ninja Blender for our daily smoothies. The house is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and has really lovely and comfortable furnishings. Robin was so wonderful to work with, eager to make us comfortable, and we deeply appreciated her responsiveness to any and all of our questions. This property is secluded and a natural beauty. We shopped at Solomon’s and enjoyed meals at the MadKap restaurant which is just a short walk away. The Wed Fish Fry is great fun with music and dancing on Taino Beach. We used a taxi service but would recommend a car rental if you want to take in all the Island has to offer. Friday night dinner and dancing at the Coral Beach Resort was fun and good restaurants in Port Lucaya. Thank you Robin! We hope to stay with you again soon. 🤗

Everything was great. My family loves seeing new places and I mentioned, so what next, the Cayman Islands? The immediate response from everyone was, we're coming back to this place! It was great! The home was fantastic. We had 7 in our family and everyone had a place to stay. There was great snorkeling right out front. Just go down the stairs, crawl down the rocks into the water and go straight out! Want beach, go to the left of your balcony, and you can get a very private space and there's like a little cove of rocks where your tiny tots can go into the ocean and not get thrown around. Go to the right side (facing out to the ocean from the balcony), and it's a short walk to a couple little coves of great beach! Fun waves to boogie board, nice white sand that made great castles. Tons of shells to find, lots of conch shells. It was so easy to just relax here. The hosts were super awesome. They responded very quickly to questions and gave great suggestions. The keep a binder of stuff in the house of local menus and stuff. When we got sick of sea water we hit the pool and it was great! Town is not far off. I could go on for a long time about how great everything was. We want to return for sure!

Second time that we have stayed there. Fabulous location and spectacular views from the balcony outside the main living area. Disappointed to see the huge surf-board back in the 3rd bedroom!! The furniture is looking a bit "tired" now. Ideal spot for a family to stay, with the beach only yards away.

This property is in a very scenic location with amazing views of the ocean and beach. The outdoor space is the best part of the property the patio furniture makes a very comfortable outdoor entertaining and relaxing space. The check in directions were confusing but were able to be overcome. The house was not very clean the bathrooms smelled of urine and the kitchen dishes and silverware were all dirty. The location is not near many things making it hard to find things to do near the house. There is a great bar down the road called Madkap that we recommend. All in all this property was just okay if the views weren’t there I wouldn’t stay again but the ocean views make it worth taking a chance and staying here.

Incredible!
Beautiful place! Just as advertised! Right on the beach with gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset right from the wrap around balcony. At the nearby beach my family enjoyed snorkeling, playing in the sand, and the stand up paddle board. We were able to have a full Thanksgiving dinner using the beautiful white platters and gravy boats at the apartment. Robin was so great to work with us even though we had to postpone our two times. She answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations for places to go since it was our first time to the island. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place for our vacation!

Best View on the Island is NO JOKE!
We had an amazing time on our first post Covid vacation to the Bahamas. The accommodations were off the chart, the neighbors were friendly, and the family time was priceless. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed (except a BIG blender for fruity frozen drinks but we picked one up and left it for you when you get there. ;-)) and Robin was available to answer any questions. If it wasn't for liking to travel and see different places this would be our annual family beach trip for ever more. The island as a whole is still suffering a lack of tourism (2019 hurricane and 2020 Covid) but EVERY Bahamian person we encountered thanked us for coming and went out of their way to be welcoming. They are counting on us to come and if you stay at this condo you WILL NOT be disappointed. It is centrally located and once you master the left side of the road driving and the traffic circles getting around is a breeze. Book & Go NOW!!
