The room was clean. TV needed fixing. Would be nice to have Netflix. The balcony view was amazing. Laundry room was available but I didn’t use it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The place was sooo beautiful; especially the view outside in the back. I can’t remember the receptionist name but she was sooooooo amazing! I felt welcomed and wanted. I will definitely stay there EVERY TIME I go Freeport.

Very quiet and peaceful which is what we wanted! There were a few small improvements I would have liked, like a toasty hot hot tub open past 7 pm and a good thorough mopping of unit floors, but otherwise the facilities were nice, the kitchen made self-catering easy, laundry facilities convenient, and the staff could not have been kinder and more friendly. Be aware that you definitely will want to rent a car, and can easily do so from the property.
