This coral beach condo is newly renovated with air conditioning to exceed any luxury vacation expectations! As guests, enjoy a swim in the pool or relax by the beautiful beach, just steps from the condo grounds. The two-bedroom condo is spacious with living area for six. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with queen beds. The condo has 2 full baths with showers. Bed linens and beach towels are provided. The kitchen area is redesigned with granite counter tops and fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking pots and all dining ware. The dining table comfortably seats six to eight persons. The living room area is equipped with a sofa bed, t.v, and access to WIFI. With two large balconies, the condo looks out to the beautiful ocean. The condo complex has laundry facilities operated by tokens on each floor for guest convenience.

Great vacation
The condo was great. The property has a pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, and more. The bar/restaurant has daily specials as well as karaoke night and a DJ. I walked the beach every day, 4.1 miles. We were worried about crime since there were warnings by the US. This area was very safe, in fact the whole island doesn't have much crime. Had an issue with the air-conditioner freezing up which was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Place in a Perfect Location
This property is beautiful. The unit itself is completely remodeled and beautiful. The building itself is right on the beach and right in the middle of Lucaya, the best part of Freeport. We travel to Grand Bahama frequently for work and once we found this unit at this location we found our permanent home away from home.

Fabulous! I hope it’s available for our next trip. It has 1 Queen in each bedroom with a queen sofa bed. If you have a car there is a daily fee and a cash deposit for the remote. The office doesn’t open until 8am so make plans with them to be able to return and get your deposit. Things are starting to open again. Banana Bay, Flying Fish, Bones and Pisces were open and fabulous. Sand bar and Stone Crab were closed Mon and Tues. if you go to the National Park, plan to get lunch at Bishops for the real island experience!

Coral Beach Hotel
This condo on Coral Beach was very comfortable and in a great location. It was clean and very nicely furnished. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and the beach was beautiful. Having the restaurant/bar on the site was convenient. Food and service was great! Tried the newly opened restaurant that everyone was talking about on Taino beach called The Stoned Crab which was beautiful with great food and ambiance. Visited old favorites, Banana Bay and Margaritavilla too. One tip for staying at Coral Beach Hotel is that you need to bring toilet paper and parking in the lot was $3 a day with a $100 cash deposit for the remote gate opener unless your unit happens to come with off street parking. We had a great stay.

Wonderful March vacation
Three of us shared this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom unit for three weeks, and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful setting with all of the amenities on a wonderful beach with a pool, pool bar and fabulous community. Right down to having beach chairs and balcony furniture, this clean, newly renovated and well stocked unit has everything you need. We have been going to Coral Beach for the better part of 10 years and will certainly be back!

So Relaxing!
We enjoyed our stay in Freeport very much! The condo was amazing - clean and stocked with all needed supplies to have a relaxing vacation. Towels, dishes and beach chairs are all very nice and of great quality. The people on staff are so friendly and helpful; security on the property was very good as well - we always felt safe. The pool and private beach are amazing and clean! The bar/restaurant on property was so convenient and fun - we were happy to have this as an option for food and drinks during the day. The beach is not crowded at all; felt very peaceful and private. The Bahamian vibe is relaxed and slow paced - just what we needed - me and my daughters! I would recommend a stay here - Michael was great to work with.

Completely remodeled 2B/2B unit, awesome A/C, gorgeous beach&pool, all needed amenities.
The Coral Beach Hotel (CBH) unit 1312 is perfect, recently completely remodeled. Large 2B/2B, hot water, awesome A/C, well equipped full kitchen (bring your own herbs&seasonings), gorgeous beach with open pavilions for shade, full size pool. Unit has beach towels, great chairs, even a DVD collection. Friendly and helpful rental agent. CBH did require us to wear a wristband for the duration of our stay; apparently this is new; slightly inconvenient but no real problem. We visited during the off-season (early August), fewer tourists, lower prices. Had no full time car, so found 20+ min walk to the Port Lucaya Marketplace (PLM), (or ~$22 taxi) for restaurants and shops, liquor store. Short taxi (~$15) to Solomon’s for grocery and 700 for liquor. Island advice: some things are pricey - bring paper supplies (TP, paper towels, Kleenex), sunscreen, coffee. Also sufficient cash for taxis, some restaurants (bring more cash than you think you will need just in case. ATM at PLM.) Local Sights: PLM, Catch the local fish fry on Wed night. Friendly and safe. Scuba day trip for some of us. Rented a local van - cheaper than US national rentals - for fun day trip to Lucayan National Park. Shared this unit with my daughter (trip for her was to celebrate her high school senior year), sister and niece. Nearby unit rented by my older daughter, son-in-law and baby granddaughter. We all enjoyed beach and island. My youngest daughter and niece enjoyed the relaxed 18 yr drinking age vs the US 21 yr. All safe and fun family vacation. Beautiful, relaxing beach. No issues. Hope to return.
