Kitchen and full bathroom down. Washer/dryer downstairs as well, next to living room. Upstairs master with king bed and 2nd room with bunk beds. Upstairs full bathroom. Both rooms open to your private sunny deck with views that will leave you mesmerized!

Amazing experience! Great communication, easy check in/out, and wide open views of the Gulf as well as the down the beach both ways. Literally just a couple of steps to the beach! Highly recommended, will definitely return!

The location of the property is perfect! Beach views as soon as you pull up. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Relaxing on the patio watching the waves on the beach go in and out. Great views of the beach/ocean from every window in the house. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the balcony outside the bedroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return to this beautiful property!

Wow what an amazing property and beautiful rental, Very kid-friendly. Owners were amazing and thought of every detail to make our vacation seamless and fun! Stayed just one night. Was perfect. Wife and I went down to ride the waves on our bodyboards when there was a little disturbance in the gulf. (Good waves). Booked the day before. Communication with owner was great. Waves were great too.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The views, the two decks, cleanliness. The weekend was great and the location is amazing. Great place to sit and listen to the waves crash all night long. Can't wait to visit again.
