The primary bedroom has it own toilet and walk-in shower and futures a king size bed; a wardrobe; an air-conditioner unit and an electric fan. the second bedroom futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. Likewise,the third bedroom also futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. All three rooms have mosquito nets installed.

ELECTRICITY SUPPPLY
The properties main source of power supply is the national power grid (EDSA). In the event of a power outage there are two standby electric generators.

ONSITE PARKING
- There are on-site parking spaces for two vehicles available at the property.

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in time is 13:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the property. However, guests can smoke in the gazebo which is located in the garden area of the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.
