"We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. "

"I travel a lot for business but this little Gem in the heart of Freetown is absolutely perfect. The staff is well trained, polite and very thoughtful to everyone needs. Never stayed in a hotel where the housekeeping is so on point. JUST LOVE IT"
