Sundance Lake is a short 4 minute drive from the cabin and offers the most magnificent view of the 5-acre lake surrounded by hardwood and pine trees. It is one of the most scenic spots in the forest! Specifically built for fishing, it is stocked with bluegill, red ear, bass, and channel catfish. Kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats are permitted on the lake. There are 2 large piers/decks overlooking the lake where one can just enjoy the view. Whether fishing, hiking, or simply relaxing on the pier with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, Sundance Lake offers something for everyone!
