"Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist schön, aber für Behinderte beschwerlich. Im Haus war die Wendeltreppe für mich etwas problematisch. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Im Sommer könnte ich mir einen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus gut vorstellen."

"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!"

Location, location, location!

"This hotel is in the heart of old town. The Christmas markets were just starting to be set up and it was right outside the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. I booked 2 extra large twins and was surprised with 2 king beds. Privacy was a bit of a factor as I was travelling with a friend. The toilet and the shower had their own little rooms but the shower had no door. Sink and shower wide open. Everything is very walkable from this location. I would definitely stay here again for it’s convenience with the city."
