"We came into the hotel, after a long drive from Cooperstown. It was very noisy, upon entering because of a big hockey group. Noise was supposed to be ended by 10 pm, but continued till at least 11:15, when I had to go to the desk and find the clerk to have him talk to the noisy group in the lounge ..."
