Spacious Waterfront in the French River

Come make memories in the French River. This beautiful and peaceful waterfront home is a located in the heart of Noelville. With everything you could ever want in a vacation home. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas to entertain. The large 70 inch tv will even stream family friendly Apps on our fast Starlink wifi. Access to groomed French River snowmobile trails right off of the property that connect to the 241 kms of trails maintained by the FRSA.
Ice fishing right in the backyard and a great tobogganing hill on the property.

This waterfront is the last house on the street located on Bear Lake in the French river.

This is a very spacious cottage. Enough parking for 7 cars/trucks. The property has two levels. The first floor has a big kitchen, fully equipped for everything you would need for cooking. A living area with new leather couches, sunroom with dining area and a walkout to the first floor patio overlooking the lake with a propane bbq. A bathroom, 2 big bedrooms (each with a queen bed) one bedroom has a giant soaker bathtub.
Down to the lower level is a big spacious recreational room equipped with a 70 inch smart tv and a brand new leather sectional. This room is also overlooking the lake with a walkout to the lower patio, fire pit, horse shoe pit and dock. The second bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms ( all with queen beds). The larger bedroom downstairs has two queens beds. Extra storage with a stand up freezer and extra fridge are also downstairs.
This is a very big cottage. Sleeps max 12 guests.
Great for big family or friend get togethers!

Amazing retreat
We’ll keep family house. Very welcome and cozy. Kids enjoy a lot swimming in lake. Water was so warm we hard time to pull them out. We wish that we have longer vacation and do not need to go back to work. Ovetall was amazing time.

Great cottage for large family gatherings!
Stephanie’s cottage was the perfect place for our family weekend getaway, we cant wait to go back again next year! There were many bedrooms and the beds were big & comfortable to sleep in. Large dining room, well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in the rooms helped keep everyone cool. And bring right on the water was great! Highly recommend booking a stay.
