The people were very nice! Breakfast is a full breakfast bar. Clean and safe. Parking is good. Just wish it had a sifter mattress!

I went to check-in and was told their key-maker was not working. So they checked me in and brought me to my room but left me with no key. I left the hotel to go out for the evening and came back and had to be let in the hotel, and then wait at the desk to be let in to my room. The gentleman working in the evening let me know they had given my room to someone else who had checked in, but they saw all my belongings as asked for a different room. They had access to all my things! NOT OKAY in anyway. Very poorly run hotel. Plus there are people that hang around out back all night smoking and drinking on the bike path benches. Never felt safe staying there.

Hotel is in a decent part of town, but there is a walking trail with benches right behind it, and there were shady characters out there all night smoking and drinking. Did not feel safe leaving my car there. My room was spacious, but covered in dust and everything was old and run down. Chips in all the wood furniture, carpet old and stained. The toilet broke the first time I flushed it and so maintenance had to come fix it, and then it ran water constantly for 2 days. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places and did not keep water in the shower, so the floor got soaking wet. The water pressure in the shower was terrible so it takes twice as long to wash your hair. And the water in the shower never got hot enough. I had the knob turned all the way to the left and it was luke-warm the whole time. I will never stay at home of these hotels again.

It had a lot of wear and tear… took a shower and the shower head was broken spilled water all over the floor wet my clothes my slippers everything. Informed the front desk and they just said we didn’t move the shower curtain into the tub that’s why the water spilled. But we did… it’s just an older hotel it’s all. Need some loving and care.

Very good location for visiting our daughter. Breakfast same every day. More variety would be welcome. Staff very helpful, cordial and friendly. Good experience. Very nice to have access to Dry Creek trail areas right from the hotel!

I initially reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub but received a call when I was on my way there that they had overbooked and the room was no longer available. I was offered a standard room instead. While I was a little disappointed, the regular king size room was still very nice. I liked that the room had tall ceilings even though it was on the first floor. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. I would stay again.
