altes Hotel im einsamen Dorf

Das Hotel war das schlechteste Hotel, was ich bisher erlebt habe. Wir waren etwas früher da, als Check in war, auf Anfrage ob wir vielleicht etwas früher reinkommen würden, wurden wir mit einem Nein am Empfang stehen gelassen. Dies war für uns schon bei Ankunft sehr unfreundlich. Dies zog sich leider die gesamte Woche hin. Das Personal konnte kein Deutsch u. daher wurden wir auch nicht verstanden. Man konnte beim Frühstück nur von 8:00 - 10:00 hingehen. Wenn man dann was vorhatte wurde es natürlich immer sehr spät. Abendbrot gab es auch nur von 18:00 - 20:00 Uhr. Man musste am Tag immer auswählen was man am Abend essen wollte. Das Blatt dafür wurde erst immer auf Anfrage hingelegt. Wenn man nichts ankreuzte, dann gab es auch nichts für uns. Einen Abend wurde es später, dann haben sie uns mit Widerwillen noch etwas gemacht. Es war sehr unfreundlich. Am Tag der Abreise wollten sie uns sogar noch Kosten vom vorherigen Bewohner des Zimmers etwas berechnen. Man brauchte jedoch mit dem Personal nicht reden, sie haben uns sowieso nicht verstanden. Die Terrasse und auch das Drumherum könnte besser genutzt werden. Für Kinder ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht ausgestattet. Weder im Komfort noch beim Essen.

Snorkig personal i receptionen. Svårt hitta rummet när det inte stod nummer på dörren., fick prova oss fram med nyckel. Detta borde receptionen ha informerat om.

Slechte bediening, en niet schoon

Het begon al slecht bij de ontvangst. Waar je door norse medewerkers te woord word gestaan. Je krijgt de sleutel in de hand gedrukt zonder uitleg waar je kamer is. De staat van het hotel is gedateerd, En de badkamer was in ons geval ronduit vies. Ik snap niet hoe dit hotel aan een hoge waardering kwam. Is nu ook flink bijgesteld naar beneden zie ik.

Dirty room, Windows isolation rubber were hanging, smelly carpets with a lot of stains on it. Overall room and hotel condition really pathetic. Poor breakfast limited choice, serving staff didn't understand German or English. Only Russian/polish? All the guests were complaining the same over breakfast. Reception didn't seem interested in their job. Laud music until 3 in the night at hotel bar. Couldn't really sleep. Old worn mattresses with broken springs. I think sleeping in a car would have been a comfortable and better choice...

Worst place ever

Very poor service. Staff was unfriendly and we could not eat at the restaurant because of to many people at the hotel?! Wifi was not working and there is no mobileservice at the location, you have to cross the street and go up a hill to get reception. Room was very warm and no ac.

Övernattning en natt

Vi bodde en natt på genomresa i Tyskland. Hade helpension, så en enkel middag ingick i hotellets restaurang. I en liten by, fin natur men inte då mycket annat i närheten. Bra och trevlig personal.

Alles lieblos. Keine 3 sterne

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir eigentlich freundlich empfangen. Doch als wir erwähnten das wir unser Hund dabei haben. Schwankte doch etwas die Stimmung. Wir wollten Kaffee trinken gehen, mussten wir die kleine im Zimmer lassen wegen den Gästen. Leider waren da keine Gäste. Und es gab nicht wirklich Kuchen Am Abendessen lief den ganzen Abend so wie Mittag der Fernseher mit Sport Keine gemütliche Atmosphäre.. Man wurde auch nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir mussten auch nachfragen ob es Beilagen zum Schnitzel gab weil nichts drauf stand.. Also nur auf dem Zettel ( Schnitzel ) Vielleicht haben sie auch vergessen das wir Frühling haben. Wir hatten Weihnachtsserviertten Auch beim Frühstück gab es nur Aufbackbrötchen und leider nur einen Saft und kein Stück frisches Obst wie es normalerweise üblich ist. Wenn man sich als Hotel bezeichnen möchte Sorry aber das war das letzte mal in diesem Haus.. Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht waren. War unsere Laune nicht gerade gut... Wir mussten auch unser Zimmer alleine finden und wurde uns nicht gezeigt. Nur gesagt. Treppe hoch und die nummer

Das Hotel ist ziemlich weit vom Stadtkern entfernt, wo noch nicht einmal das Handy funktioniert (selbst telefonieren war unmöglich). Das hauseigene WLAN ist sehr langsam, die Zimmerausstattung schon älter. Leider wurde ich bei meiner Rückkehr später am Abend auch noch ausgesperrt. Die Rezeption war nach 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt und in der Haupteingangstüre steckte von innen ein Schlüssel. Glücklicherweise hörte mich nach einigen Minuten Sturmklingeln ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels und öffnete die Türe. Das Frühstücksbuffet war akzeptabel.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Wir haben zum Preis eines DZ ein großes Familienzimmer bekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl. Es ist kein Luxushotel, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für Langläufer sehr gute Lage.
