"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. No milk on tray also only one English Breakfast t-bag. The parking price is too high (£20) and should be shown prior to booking, I couldn't afford this and had to make other arrangements.Central located, near the station.
