You'll have no trouble finding your shaker of salt at this lovely home! Built with many common spaces so everyone can come together and have fun, you may spend most of your time at the private pool's tropical hut. Waste away while watching colorful sunsets over the Pamlico Sound from your deck, the screened porch, or the private hot tub. Every sailor will enjoy access to a private boat slip at Sunset Village Marina for shallow draft boats on the canal as well as a fish cleaning station. In addition to the home's private pool, you will have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility.

Between the private gas grill and full kitchen with full-size appliances, breakfast bar, and plenty of countertop space, you can make more than enough cheeseburgers in paradise. Central air-conditioning throughout the home will keep everyone as happy as a pink crustacean. The first floor features a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and a stereo to keep the tunes coming If you're a pirate looking beyond forty, don't worry! This home is set up with an all-floor elevator and various features to allow everyone to kick back and relax. Younger guests will be accommodated with baby gates and a Pack 'n Play.

There's lots to discover and enjoy at this paradise near the sound! Anglers will be happy to know that Avon Fishing Pier is just 13 miles away. The Frisco Native American Museum and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are within six miles, perfect for history buffs who want a beach break. Short trails are in Hatteras Village Park and near the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse for walkers who wish to explore the area.

The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Dock details: A boat slip is available for guest use. Only shallow draft boats less than two feet are allowed at Sunset Village marina.

The only problem I had was the kitchen area over near the sink was a little dark, even with the over the sink light on. It might would be better with an LED light bulb. I would also suggest that the maids leave 6 dishwasher tablets so you could run the dishwasher every day.

Great OBX Hatterss Stay
This rental home was perfect for our family! The top of 3 levels had kitchen/masters suite/living room. The 2nd middle level had a second masters suite/living room/2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom on the other end. The hot tub on this second level was well used during our stay. The bottom level had a game room, bedroom and full bath. The outdoor shower was outside on this level which lead to the pool. The tile around the pool was very slick when wet! We could not find kitchen towels and dish rags. We did not know they were in tubs on the property. The home was excellent for our family’s needs! We enjoyed the less traffic and commercialization of the Hatterss area. Now if we could have gotten the weather to cooperate….it was cloudy, breezy and cool all week!

Disappointment in Lovely Frisco, NC
Margaritaville has great bones, the location was perfect. The house is sizable with a very nice layout. Two bathrooms on each floor, plenty of bedrooms, game room with extra refrigerator, two living rooms, and a very workable kitchen that is well stocked. However, it did not meet expectations beyond first looks. I expected to get what I had booked a well appointed, professionally cleaned home boasting amenities of a large hot tub, and fireplace for our guests to enjoy over the week of Christmas. What we got was a sign placed on the fridge that read, fireplace is for decorative purposes only. When I saw this sign I was surprised, I went back and looked at the listing, yep there I saw the fireplace, but I didn’t actually read there was a fireplace. Okay, my fault for getting all the listings confused and thinking I had booked a home with a working fireplace, but how misleading to photograph the fireplace for the ad.I suggest you stop that practice and then maybe you won’t have disappointed customers. I was getting over that when my son-in-law from the UK, came in and announced the Hot Tub had no water in it. That’s right! I booked a house that advertised a hot tub, but failed to provide one in working order. I called and complained, Christine from Vacasa was quick to respond, she explained that someone should of notified us, she put in a request for a refund for an unspecified amount. Christine was very kind and understanding of our disappointment. I appreciated her honesty and promptness. When we did receive our refund, it didn’t begin to meet my expectations of an acceptable refund for the surprise loss of a hot tub. On top of that the floors were dirty, the tile floors upstairs in the kitchen were needing a scrubbing along with all the hard surface flooring throughout the home. Speaking of scrubbing the fridge in the game room needs one too, it was filthy. So yes, we were truly disappointed, mostly over the lack of the hot tub! But the home is nice and it has potential, just deliver what you advertise! I won’t be booking this home ever again, I have plenty of choice!

Beautiful Home with Many Amenities!
I stayed here in July 2024 with my family of 7 (two adults and 5 kids ages 19x2, 17, 8 and 3). The home was well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the elevator to help with getting luggage and groceries from the bottom floor up to the top floor where the kitchen and master are located. The kids thought the elevator was the coolest thing ever to see in a house. The game room was awesome for the teens. They played pool pretty much every night. The swimming pool was lovely and the hot tub was awesome. So many decks on every side of the house/outside of every single door. Tons of places to sit outside on the decks. The kitchen was very well stocked. I was able to find every single thing I needed while cooking. The first floor layout is awesome. Access from the pool patio to a half bath. There is an extra refrigerator in the game room which made for easy access to drinks and popsicles while we were hanging around the pool. Can't say enough great things! We loved it and this home will be one we return to if we visit Frisco again in the future. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Fantastic experience! Vacasa was excellent to work with during the rental process and provided excellent service when contacted to get rid of Wasps nests. The house accommodated our party of 10 exceptionally well. The amenities were wonderful with the game room, pool and hottub getting the most usage. The location of the house was perfect as we had quick access things to do.

Lovely location!
Margaritaville has been our Thanksgiving “home” for over 15 years. The location is wonderful and the new owners are investing time, energy, and money into bringing this property to its full potential. So many new decorative touches throughout the property were appreciated. Wonderfully quick response on a repair needed during the week by Vacasa staff. Looking forward to being able to move it to a 4 or 5 star rating with updated mattresses when we return next year.

Margaritaville: Over the top!
Our family: children, grandchildren, and us, thoroughly enjoyed the Margaritaville home! It was spacious and provided amenities that kept everyone busy. We only wish there were more hours in the day for the beach, pool, hot tub and game room! Rooms were spacious and kitchen well stocked. The location was wonderfully peaceful and close to all the things we love about Hatteras island!

Great house, great location, great amenities
House was in very good shape, well taken care of inside and out. We really like the pool, game room and access to neighborhood marina and public walkway to the sound. Only complaint is the previous tenant had thrown away the pool net. We called and requested a new one but it never showed up. Ended up having to dig the old one out if the trash.

Great Property for a relaxing getaway!
The House was perfect for our group, we had ample space to spread out. The Decks, Hot Tub and Pool were put to good use. The house is "rental worn" but in great overall shape. The on-line pictures do the property justice, except for the Basketball Goal. We were looking forward to shooting some hoops. The Neighborhood was quiet and well kept and the property was an easy drive to the Beach and Restaurants.

Great last minute trip
This property is very large with bedroom options on all 3 floors. The top floor boast the kitchen and main living room with nice views of sunsets and sound. Lots of decks. A good sized pool area. Larger than most in the area. Main pros- space, elevator (not for constant use but great for luggage and groceries or little kids), sunset views, pool is warm and big, hot tub, large house which would fit a lot of people. Also to note- there’s pack and plays and baby gate which we didn’t know so brought our own. I would recommend extra baby gates if you have littles. There are lots of stairs! It’s a great house with a great pool area that gets tons of sun. Cons- the biggest con for me was the mosquitos. We are not familiar with the area so it may just be how it is but it seemed like it was due to the homes location. It was next to wooded area which offered privacy but the mosquitos are intense in the afternoon. I didn’t have any issue with them at the actual pool though. Also, there were tons of cigarette butts And pine straw at the pool and on the deck areas. Obviously an issue from the renters before us and not the fault of the owners. Location seems good but I don’t think we found the closest beaches. It would be nice if there was some information and map at the house. We got pretty confused but all in all found beach access Within a 5 min drive. Snowballs is also a hit that’s nearby. Great vacation!

Affordable Outerbanks
Great house for large parties, nice pool and hot tub, too many mosquitos (not really the properties fault). Very clean, pretty high quality furnishings. The grill is too old and caught on fire and will hopefully be replaced. It is sound side, not sound front, but is quite close to beach access, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the Conner's Supermarket and Hatteras Village / Ocracoke ferry.
