Welcome to Frisco. Our luxurious quarters is located on the beautiful sound front of the Pamlico Sound . This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, open floor plan home is perfect for a couples retreat. There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for storage, outdoor shower, grill, cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi, private laundry area, Private dock with great fishing, and launching Kayaks. The stunning views and sunsets are breathtaking! Located close to all the island restaurants and shops. Come relax with us!
The space
The open area floor plan has tons of natural light and amazing views. From the deck located off the main living area are captains chairs for catching a cool breeze while you can enjoy your favorite beverages.
A spiral staircase leads to the King Size bed that overlooks the water, making the mornings and evenings a tranquil experience. A fully stocked kitchen is set for those who want to prepare a meal at home. A large upgraded smart TV installed in 2022.
Guest access
Guest can take advantage of a private dock perfect for kiteboarding, fishing, or just sitting on the waters edge. A large yard is perfect for outdoor games. An out door shower is perfect for removing the sand as you come in from the sandy shores. New for 2023 - on site boating excursion and fishing trips, sunset cruise is now available.
Other things to note
This upscale space is perfect for a couple who want a private escape or a bride/ groom to pamper them self before or after their wedding day. A unique, beautiful getaway for any occasion. Relax in the daybed swing while watching the sun set . We also offer sound tours, fishing excursions in the sound ( additional charges apply )Step off the dock and into the boat!!
