Our stay was great & the staff was wonderful. The only hiccup occurred while I was unloading our luggage. With parking almost impossible to find we had no choice but to use valet parking. With the tailgate down on our truck I leaned on it to get the last of my luggage when the valet driver suddenly took off! It was a bit of a jolt to say the least! Praise the Lord he didn’t back up or he would have ran me over! The only damage done was to my large Yeti cup and a little to my cane. In hotels defense guests were backed up checking in and the hotel was extremely busy. My wife and several people on the sidewalk were yelling for the driver to stop but it all happened too fast. The driver kept apologizing but I told him it was okay. I guess news travels fast upon checking in the manager was kind and comped us the first night! We just give God all the glory it could have turned out much worse! John K.

The location was excellent! I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. We ordered a carafe of coffee that was delivered luke warm. The menu stated $12 but I was charged $21.39. They did credit it me for it. There was a lack of customer service leaving and coming into the hotel. For $400 a night, I expected more. Will not stay here again.

This is my hotel of choice for anything at TCU. It is convent, has good breakfasts, staff is friendly, and rooms are comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Springhill Suites. My only negative would be the average breakfast and the parking. Parking is almost $15/day/car! I would understand it if it was near restaurants or a busy downtown area but it's not. There weren't enough disabled spots for folks and I saw a older lady with a cane getting dropped off by the door. I did appreciate the proximity to the colleges, shopping and great restaurants. The traffic noise from the busy freeway wasn't a problem at all. Overall, I would recommend doing away with the parking fee or maybe charge it to overnight guests and not to guests staying more than 1 night.

Was not very happy with room it was hot and very small, sink was very slow to drain no body soap. I was hoping we could’ve canceled. We live and we learn. And we had to find our own parking had to walk a distance. Valet parking is available for $40.
