"We stayed as a group of 16 and had a fabulous week at La Grange. The kids loved the pool, the woods, the cinema room when it was cloudy, and the swing was a big hit. The adults loved the bbq and outdoor seating for dinner and sundowners. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was so much space and the play room / games room had toys and games for all ages. Communication was fab and they helped us with some recommendations of places to go as well. A fab week. "

"We enjoyed an amazing holiday with family at this fabulous property situated in the very peaceful town of Saint-Sylvestre. The property benefits from being on a incredible plot of land and perfectly located next to village sports courts such as tennis, small football pitch and playground which meant it was perfect for our two lively boys. The garden is huge and the heated pool is very inviting and they is cooler shaded space outside to enjoy some time out of the sun. The house is well equipped...

"This was a peaceful place with a lovely hostess who gave us some eggs from her hens. There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. "Certainement recommandé. Pour les personnes en quête de tranquillité, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous aurions trouvé agréable qu'il y ait aussi des activités à faire dans les environs, mais Eric et Marie-Hélène n'y peuvent évidemment rien. Points négatifs : - Le jardin n'est pas entièrement clôturé, ce qui est VRAIMENT nécessaire pour notre chien. Heureusement, nous avons pu improviser une barrière avec du fil de fer trouvé sur place, sinon nos vacances auraient été beaucoup moins reposantes. -...

"We had a superb stay. It was the first time we'd been to that part of France. The gîte was lovely, well equipped and full of character. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and garden. They would have been happy with 7 days of swimming and table tennis. We did end up hanging out by the pool at some point every day. "I wanted somewhere in the heart of French countryside that could accommodate a family and a dog. The house was full of character with a huge garden and had complete privacy. There was everything we could possibly need and Jenns was the perfect host. We had plenty of interesting sites to visit by car but also loved spending time at "home" with a bbq and garden games. "Van alle gemakken voorziene woning met gezellige veranda en grote tuin. Mooie plek om in de avond buiten te zitten en daar nog een klein vuurtje te maken op de vuurschaal. Ook de buiten barbecue is prima ! Het zwembad is super, wat een luxe om die bij je huis te hebben. In de omgeving is genoeg te zien en te doen , van pittoreske dorpjes tot wandelen en kanoën. De historische hoofdstad Limoges is ook zeer de moeite waard om een keer bezoeken! Wij hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad !!"

"Hébergement très calme pour pouvoir s'échapper du quotidien anxiogène parisien. Les hôtes ont été super, bienveillants et accueillants. Il y a un espace extérieur imposant où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps (sans compter la piscine) avec mes amis, que ce soit pour manger, jouer au ballon, ou juste bronzer. "Very Close to many restaurants as well as a LIDL. All walkable. I cannot complain about the hotel it is what it is, a budget hotel. A favourite with travelling workers. But others like myself to. The accommodation was clean and warm even with freezing temperatures outside. Basic but i found a satisfactory continental style breakfast filled me up until the evening. The frills are towels and a sachet of soap in the room, with coffee and tea available from a machine in the breakfast room. Not much i know but it is a budget Hotel. I would stay again the staff made it. "

"Certainement recommandé. Pour les personnes en quête de tranquillité, c'est l'endroit idéal. Points négatifs : - Le jardin n'est pas entièrement clôturé, ce qui est VRAIMENT nécessaire pour notre chien. Heureusement, nous avons pu improviser une barrière avec du fil de fer trouvé sur place, sinon nos vacances auraient été beaucoup moins reposantes. - Piscine chauffée, mais en raison d'un incident avec des animaux qui ont endommagé le volet, l'eau n'était malheureusement pas assez chaude pour nous. - Certaines choses mériteraient d'être rafraîchies ou remplacées. - Il y a des objets/vêtements/nourriture appartenant à d'autres personnes dans la maison, que je retirerais personnellement. Points positifs : - Des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. - Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé s'il y avait une chaise haute pour enfant, et ils nous ont dit que oui. Cependant, à notre arrivée, ils nous ont informés qu'ils venaient tout juste de l'acheter suite à notre demande. Nous avons trouvé cela vraiment gentil. - L'endroit idéal pour fuir toute agitation. - Très beau jardin. - La maison est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire. Il ne nous a rien manqué."
