Great place and walkable to all of Fruita's gems

This is a great place for a couple and a kid on the pullout couch. TWe also enjoyed the sitting area outside in the back area.

This is the loveliest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Super clean, stylish and comfortable. Convenient/walkable to center of town. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Clean 4-plex Unit near Downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was newly remodeled and had everything we needed and wanted. We got great sleep and appreciated the A/C and additional fans! We didn’t bring our dog but the unit seemed dog friendly. We were in town visiting family and wanted to be able to walk from downtown for a concert - location was perfect!! Would stay again!
