Great place!

Loved this little, cozy and clean place. Was great to have the fully fenced yard for my fur baby. It was a nice location to be able to enjoy the local hiking and downtown.

Cozy Retreat

Exactly as described and so cozy! Was perfect for our lil getaway. Loved the views and seeing the horses each day we were there. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fall in Fruita

We had a great stay! The bedrooms are spacious. We really enjoyed the rural setting, and enjoyed hearing the birds and roosters;) Owners are next door and super responsive! The enclosed yard was great for thedogs!
