Great stay, the staff was very nice, they greeted us upon arrival and assisted with our luggage. The check-in was a quick process and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, we had a few hiccups, the with the TV internet connection and with the water going down slowly in the sink but the staff Destiny responded immediately and resolved the issues. The Staff Destiny gave us recommendations for touring the city and shopping areas. The hotel restaurant food was really delicious, we really enjoyed our stay. Madrid is awesome and on our next visit we'll stay here again.
