"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Great views to the lake and mountains with a friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed cycling the many quiet tracks, used the bus to Fussen and train to Kempten, free with the guest card. Cable cars and castles all within easy reach."

"Our family had a wonderful time in Aitrang. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views. The Frank Family were wonderful hosts and everything went smoothly. We didn't want to leave!"
