This place was good for what we needed, a one night stay and close to marine Messe. Clean and quiet. Available paid parking everywhere

Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station.

Not very convenient location. Need to use bus or taxi to go to somewhere so that you might face some difficulties if you are not used to use Japanese transportation system.

They only have limited time on duty staff, and not helpful. The bed sheets and furnitures are dirty, lots of dust in the room. The wifi doesn’t work, no reply on email, no one at the reception, and no one pick up the phone. Terrible. Not close to main area. No bus stop and restaurant nearby. NOT RECOMMENDED.

部屋は清潔でしたが、においが少し気になりました。 事前にチェックインをしていきましたが、宿泊税の支払いはその場でカード情報の入力があり、時間がかかったので、もっとスムーズにできるようにしてほしいです。 バスや地下鉄が使いにくく、車がないと移動できないのが残念です。
