Room is small (albeit normal for the location and price) but clean and tidy. The common area with kitchen is a great feature (given the small room size). Conveniently located (walkable to both Tenjin stations, though not right next door) with lots of eateries and convenient stores nearby. We enjoyed the stay.

Great and hip hotel located near a plethora of fine dining cuisine. The hotel itself is very artsy and expressive complete with a shared kitchen and laundry services along with a bar all on the reception floor which is located on the 3rd floor.
