"Easy to find from Paddington, friendly face in arrival - and an easy check-in - and a nice comfy basic room. In truth, and I've stayed in a lot of the hotels around Sussex Gardens for work/leisure, one of the good ones! Very comfy bed, good sized room for the price & no issues at all. Tea/Coffee in the room, shower all great and space for your things. Oh, and very clean! Excellent. "

Room was lovely and warm, beds and pillows were some of the comfiest I've slept in. "The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...
