The customer service was great. Front lobby staff were all friendly and easy to communicate with. (However please note I was communicating to them in fluent Japanese, not sure how easy it would be for foreigners). The bed was made well, but after sleeping in it for a night, the sheet came a little undone, and we saw that the mattress underneath was incredibly stained and dirty. It felt a little bit offputting to know that we were sleeping on a dirty mattress, but at least the sheet covering it was clean. Still, not the best impression or feeling. The shelf near the sink has a cheap look to it with poorly constructed metal fencing. It was already broken a bit when we arrived and the metal fence kept popping off. They offer free amenities, like every other Japanese hotel. Their amenities were good.

Very spacious room, especially for Japan. The front desk was also kind enough to help us secure a taxi to the airport on our check out day, which was a lot easier than trying to take all of our luggage through the train. Great hotel and great stay!

Good little property. Friendly to foreigners, within walking distance of several large malls, a good amount of places to eat and the Keisei Line which let's you quickly access the rest to Tokyo. The room was clean and tidy, albeit on the smaller side, which is typical of Japanese hotel rooms. No complimentary breakfast, and no building amenities like public restroom, fitness center, swimming pool or anything of the nature. You'll find that, while it is on a busy street, it's quiet in the rooms themselves. Well worth the price.

I had read others reviews. Did not agree with complaint about blond receptionist. She was very courteous and helpful. There is an unpleasant smell on entrance to room that needs attention. No problem once entering room. My room was spacious 31 square meters. Large bath, with no hot water problems. Good breakfast and internet. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend. Some reports it is "love hotel". Not true.

部屋は広くてとてもゆったり過ごせました。部屋に入ってまず換気扇がフル活動で音が凄がったです。その理由はすぐわかりました。部屋の匂いが今までにないくらい非常に臭くて驚きました。喫煙室を消毒して禁煙室にしたのか‥それにしても吐き気がするくらい臭くてびっくりしました。
