"We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. "I cannot state enough how happy we were in the villa. Everything was like advertised and more. From the moment we booked Sylvia was reaponsive and quite helpful. When we arrived James was waiting and helped with our luggage and showed us around. "A very clean, safe and comfortable property. Definitely more like an air B n B that has some hotel qualities. We enjoy cooking and the Amani had all the cookery we required. The travel websites I checked said that there were vacancy's but when we inquired the front desk said no and it appeared to me that they didn't even check.
