"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."

The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. "The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "Perfect location for everything, very comfortable hotel with lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. Gorgeous large room and nice balcony. The roof terrace has a great view of Etna. It was quiet on a Wednesday evening but imagine with the DJ would be great at weekends. Loved the 80s and 90s tunes! Feels quite luxurious but not snooty like some of the other hotels in this town. Would definitely come back"
