From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the elegant and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view over Cairo was a lovely bonus. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel’s amenities were outstanding. The pool area was a relaxing oasis in the middle of the bustling city, and the on-site restaurants served delicious food with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a great variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. Location-wise, Pyramisa Suites was perfect for exploring Cairo, with many key attractions and shopping areas nearby. The concierge team was also super helpful, giving excellent tips on where to go and arranging transportation with ease. Overall, I highly recommend Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay in Cairo. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great location for the Giza Pyramids, do be aware that it is located around and above the stables used for horses and camels on the plateau.

The hotel receptionist was great person. He helped us on multiple occasions. He helped arrange car rental and organize our trip. Very responsive and respectful person.
