"We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace with a second kitchen, very convenient and nice. "We had a lovely time, at this wonderfully spacious villa and well-maintained grounds. Whilst we did take the opportunity to visit Rome, Herculaneum and some local beaches and towns, we spent most of our time enjoying the villa and the privacy of the peaceful grounds. The pool was well used and it was delightful to see so many bees and butterflies attracted by the beautiful flowers. "This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"
