"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. "Lovely, welcoming town and easy check in process. House is up a steep road but the views are worth it. The owner was attentive to our needs and promptly responded to any issues we had. The house is the last one on the road and the surrounding views from all windows and porch were amazing. We spent many hours on the porch watching the birds on the hillsides around us and the light change on the mountains across the valley. The access to the Serra da Estrela is wonderful and it is worth a walk...

"Un très bon établissement dans lequel nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire qui parle parfaitement français. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer le domaine et ses environs. La villa très récente est très bien équipée pour passer un excellent séjour au calme. La piscine était également très bien. Pour le petit déjeuner, le propriétaire était aux petits soins selon nos désirs. Nous n'avons hélas pu que passer une nuit mais nous reviendrons."

Stunning views and comfortable rooms.

"Spectacular views. Very clean and comfortable. Up a very long and windy, steep road so didn't want to venture back out and ate dinner at the hotel. Food was good enough but rather pricy for what you got. Breakfast was spectacular though."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location. "
